We print one part. Or ten thousand.
We take the tooling economics out of batch manufacturing. Our fleet prints your part in parallel — you name the quantity, we split it across machines. From 100 to 10,000 units: pilot runs to recurring monthly production.

These figures come from a real slice of this sample part; they are not a quote. Your part's numbers come from your own file.
How the fleet works
If one machine prints your part in 3 hours, the fleet prints dozens in the same window — and we don't stop at night. The fleet runs 24/7; every morning the build plates come up full.
| Part size | Print time | Daily output (fleet) |
|---|---|---|
| Small (< 5 cm — clips, caps) | ~1 hr | ~600 |
| Medium (5–15 cm — housings, brackets) | ~4 hrs | ~130 |
| Large (15–24 cm — enclosures) | ~10 hrs | ~35 |
Figures are approximate, based on typical jobs; exact quantity and lead time are fixed in the quote.

Calculated as if the whole fleet were on your job; approximate — the binding lead time is stated in the quote.
The fleet
- Bambu Lab A1 fleet — the workhorse for high-volume PLA/PETG runs. Speed and repeatability. 256×256×256 mm build plate.
- Bambu Lab A1 mini fleet — a unit multiplier on small parts: same speed and materials, 180×180×180 mm build plate.
- Bambu Lab P2S fleet — enclosed chambers: ABS, ASA, TPU and engineering materials; dimensionally critical parts.
- Bambu Lab H2D — large format, dual material/colour, soluble supports for complex geometry.
- Laser cutter — sheet cutting and marking; print + cut combined in a single job.
The fleet is built from A1, A1 mini and P2S machines, allocated per job by material and part size — anything over 180 mm will not fit an A1 mini.
Materials
Not sure which material fits your part? Don't guess — pick "recommend for me" on the quote form and we'll advise based on your geometry and use case.
Quality & tolerances
- First-article approval: the batch doesn't start until you approve the first part. You hold it, measure it, sign it off.
- Dimensional checks: critical dimensions are sampled with digital calipers throughout the run.
- Repeatability: same model, same profile, same material batch — part #100 equals part #1,000.
- Honest limits: FDM has layer lines. If you expect injection-grade surfaces, we close that gap with finishing — or we tell you plainly that FDM isn't the right process for your part.
Quantity vs. price
No price list — an honest price is computed per part: machine hours + material + finishing. What we can promise: unit price falls as quantity grows, and there is never a tooling line item. Start with a 100-unit test run and scale to 5,000; you won't be punished for not committing on day one.

Frequently asked
What's your minimum order?+
No unit-count minimum — the floor is a ₺5,000 order value (VAT included). That can mean a few hundred units for a small part or a handful for a large one; your quote shows it clearly. Catalog sets have no minimum — they're sold at the quantity listed on the product page.
What technology do you use?+
FDM — a Bambu Lab fleet (A1, A1 mini and P2S) plus an H2D for large-format and dual-material work. Laser cutting as well.
How durable are the parts?+
It depends on the material: PETG/ABS are sufficient for functional use, and CF-filled materials can replace metal fixtures. Describe your use case and we'll recommend accordingly.
What's the largest part you can print?+
Up to 350×320×325 mm in a single piece; anything larger is printed in sections and joined (standard practice in models and set dressing).
