Questions, answered honestly.
Orders & Quotes
What's your minimum order?+
No unit-count minimum — the floor is a ₺5,000 order value (VAT included). That can mean a few hundred units for a small part or a handful for a large one; your quote shows it clearly. Catalog sets have no minimum — they're sold at the quantity listed on the product page.
How long does a quote take?+
24 hours for standard files. For complex assemblies, 3 business days at the latest.
Which file formats do you accept?+
STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ. If you have a Rhino/SolidWorks/Fusion source file, you can send that too.
I don't have a 3D model, only an idea.+
We offer modelling support — describe it on the form and we'll map out scope and pricing together.
Why is there no price list?+
Because an honest price is computed per part: geometry, material, quantity and finishing. A flat list would either overcharge you or mislead you.
Production & Materials
What technology do you use?+
FDM — a Bambu Lab fleet (A1, A1 mini and P2S) plus an H2D for large-format and dual-material work. Laser cutting as well.
Do you offer resin (SLA) or powder (SLS) printing?+
Not for now; if FDM isn't right for your part, we'll say so plainly at the quoting stage.
How durable are the parts?+
It depends on the material: PETG/ABS are sufficient for functional use, and CF-filled materials can replace metal fixtures. Describe your use case and we'll recommend accordingly.
What about colours?+
Filament colours plus any colour code via air spray (RAL matching). On production runs we batch-check for colour consistency.
What's the largest part you can print?+
Up to 350×320×325 mm in a single piece; anything larger is printed in sections and joined (standard practice in models and set dressing).
Finishing
Is finishing mandatory?+
No — as-printed is the default. For parts with a visible surface we recommend at least sanding.
Can you match our corporate colour code?+
Yes, via air spray — matched to RAL codes; for Pantone we pick the closest equivalent together.
What does weathering mean?+
Hand-applied age, wear and texture on a freshly printed part: the step that makes a prop, a set piece or a model read as "real".
Delivery & Payment
What are your lead times?+
First-article approval in 2-3 days; batch production depends on quantity and is fixed in the quote. Lead time is committed in writing with the quote.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, on request — export shipping via international courier; customs paperwork is scoped per order in the quote.
Shipping within Türkiye?+
Courier within Istanbul (1-2 days), contracted courier across Türkiye. Custom packing for delicate work.
Payment terms?+
Corporate invoicing; the full order amount is collected upfront, before production begins.
Do you accept individual (single-unit) orders?+
Our focus is batch production; that said, describe it on the quote form and we'll produce it when we can fit it in.
Do you sell retail?+
No — the line is dedicated to B2B batch production. For single-unit individual requests, see the answer above.
