The client

01 — WHO

An agency running a client's product launch. This is a fictional scenario — not real client work. It is written to show how production is planned against a fixed event date.

The need

02 — PROBLEM

400 custom desktop objects — in the corporate orange, with the logo applied. The event is on Friday and the date cannot move: a launch calendar belongs to the press, not to the product.

The solution

03 — PRODUCTION

The object is printed in one piece, distributed across the A1 fleet: roughly 14 units per machine per day. Printing finishes Tuesday evening; Wednesday the corporate colour goes on by air spray and the logo is laser-marked; Thursday is packing, and delivery to the venue is Friday morning.

What it shows

05 — OUTCOME

For agencies and event production companies living on deadlines: fleet-scale parallel capacity lets you plan the calendar in days rather than in units.
