Meshane luminaires: project-specific bodies, produced without tooling.
The client
Meshane designs and manufactures bespoke lighting for architectural projects: luminaires designed in the language of each hotel, restaurant or residential project. It is a Tamajans brand.
The need
Architectural lighting is different by nature on every project: 40 pendants on one, 12 wall sconces on the next — new geometry every time. Injection molding is mathematically impossible for that business model, and casting or CNC blows the budget at these quantities.
The solution
Body and shade geometries are 3D printed, sheet elements laser cut; the two part families are assembled in the workshop. Heat-tolerant ASA/PETG where surfaces meet the light source; air-spray paint and varnish on visible surfaces. Motifs from the pattern library are applied parametrically to the print geometry.

By the numbers
What it shows
"Every project is a different geometry" — if that describes your business too (furniture, lighting, interior products), tooling-free production is the only economical route.
