Serandi's plastic components have come off this farm since the first prototype.
The client
Serandi builds a fully automated indoor garden at furniture quality: walnut-veneered body, smoked glass door, app-controlled light, water and climate automation. It is a Tamajans brand — our own product.
The need
The Serandi cabinet contains dozens of custom plastic components: net pots, sensor cages, hose guides, module connectors. During prototyping these parts were revised several times a week; an injection mold was never even a candidate for a product moving at that pace.
The solution
Every component revision entered the line the same day; approved designs were printed in pre-series quantities. Parts in contact with plants and water are printed in PETG, parts near electronics and lighting in ASA; visible parts were completed in the finishing studio. By the time the product went to series, the production line was already running — with zero tooling investment.

What it shows
Every brand developing a product has Serandi's problem: production must not wait while the design settles. The same line is running for your components too.
